In this article I will describe how I painted the Luna Lovegood miniature.

- I began by basecoating the pants with alien purple.
- I then applied a wash of purple tone ink.
- I added shading into the recesses with a mix of purple tone ink and deep blue.
- A broad highlight of alien purple mixed with wasteland soil was applied to the folds and raised surfaces.
- Further highlighting was added by mixing barbarian flesh into the previous mix.
- A final edge highlight was applied using a mix of alien purple and white.
- The vest was basecoated using deep blue.
- Over this a wash of blue tone ink was applied.
- A mix of deep blue and black was applied sparingly to deepen the shading.
- The first highlight was done with a mix of deep blue and crystal blue.
- This was followed by a highlight of crystal blue.
- A final highlight of crystal blue and white was applied to the small details of the vest.
- The jumper was basecoated with uniform grey.
- A mix of uniform grey and deep blue was applied to the folds and underside of the arms.
- Further shading was added using dungeon grey and black.
- The jumper was highlighted using ash grey.
- Followed by a fine edge highlight of ash grey and white.
- The lion head was basecoated with monster brown.
- This was given a wash of light tone ink.
- And a second wash of strong tone ink.
- Fire lizard was applied leaving the darker colour in the recesses.
- The first highlight was done with desert yellow.
- The lion face was given further highlights using moon dust.
- The hair was basecoated with desert yellow.
- Then given a wash of light tone ink.
- The hair strands were picked out using desert yellow and moon dust.
- Then using only moon dust.
- The face was basecoated with kobold skin.
- Diluted tanned flesh was neatly applied to the recesses of the face.
- Diluted fur brown was applied sparingly to the eyes and around the nose.
- The first highlight was done with a mix of kobold skin and mummy robes.
- Mummy robes was applied as the lightest highlight.
- The shoes and socks were basecoated with chaos red and deep blue respectively.
- Both were given a wash of purple tone ink.
- The shoes were highlighted with a mix of chaos red and barbarian flesh followed by a mix of chaos red and white.
- To highlight the blue stripes a mix of crystal blue and white was used.
- For the purple stripe a mix of alien purple and white was used.
